Pravah Residence
Where Light, Volume, and Tradition Meet.
Pravah Residence
Tucked within the quiet streets of Limbadi, Gujarat, this 3,720 sq. ft., two-story residence was designed as a celebration of light-filled living, intuitive circulation, and cultural sensibility. Rooted in Vastu Shastra principles, the spatial layout not only respects traditional orientation and flow but enhances comfort and coherence throughout the home.
Upon entry, a warm, inviting vestibule sets the tone—offering a moment of pause, a sense of arrival, and an emotional transition into the heart of the home. As you step further, you're greeted by a double-height living room, bathed in natural light, that instantly opens up the visual and emotional volume of the space. This central volume acts as the core, from which all other functions radiate—an open-plan layout that encourages movement, interaction, and connectivity.
To the side, a full-height window by the dining area offers an immersive view of the landscaped exteriors, where carefully curated plantation creates a living backdrop—adding serenity and depth to everyday meals.
A central staircase, both sculptural and efficient, leads to the first-floor lobby, where views back into the double-height living space reinforce a continuous visual dialogue between floors. The upper level houses two bedrooms, each with generous dressing zones, ensuite bathrooms, and a shared balcony overlooking the street—balancing privacy with outward connection.
Designed as a 4BHK home, the project seamlessly integrates luxury with livability, and tradition with modernity. Landscape elements surround the built form, softening edges and anchoring the residence within its site context—creating a home that feels grounded, elegant, and intuitively livable.
